Darcie Keith

Darcie Keith’s journey as an investor-friendly Realtor began after discovering Cashflow Quadrant, a book that completely reshaped her vision for her future. Inspired to pursue a career that aligned with her passions, she quickly built a multi-million-dollar property management portfolio, became a top-producing, award-winning agent, and developed a reputation for integrity, creativity, and results.

Darcie holds an Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies and graduated Cum Laude from Ohio University with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. She furthered her education at the University of Dayton School of Law, where she was an active member of the Black Law Student Association and the Criminal Law Association.

As a licensed Realtor and dedicated community advocate, Darcie partners with organizations like the VA, VOA, and other social service groups to address the affordable housing crisis. She specializes in providing shared housing and rapid rehousing solutions for underserved populations, including veterans, seniors, parolees, reentry individuals, immigrants, and those in sober living. By combining her real estate expertise with her commitment to service, she helps create clean, safe, and affordable housing options for those who need them most.

In addition to her work with the community, Darcie is a seasoned investor. She works with other investors to help them achieve their real estate goals through strategic planning and market insight. She and her clients work together on projects that include partnering in shared housing spaces, buy-and-hold properties, fix-and-flip projects, turn-key rentals and creative strategies like seller financing.

Outside of real estate, Darcie enjoys thrifting for trendy items to create stylish and welcoming shared housing spaces. A passionate gardener, her home is filled with a variety of thriving houseplants that reflect her love for cultivating growth. In her free time, she loves to read and draws inspiration from her faith in God, which is the foundation of her life and work.

Darcie’s motto, “serving, not selling,” exemplifies her commitment to helping clients, strengthening communities, and fostering meaningful change through real estate.
